EVERYTHING'S UNDER CONTROL stands not only for the filmmaker Boote but also for every single citizen on our planet. After his very sucessful films PLASTIC PLANET and POPULATION BOOM the director Werner Boote takes up questions on privacy and surveillance. The global society is changing in a very fast way due to never before seen technologies. But what is the use of all these new technologies? 

Who knows something/everything about us? And is this always a good thing? Werner Boote would like to form his own opinion about this subject and wants to find out how these questions effect his everyday life.
